Xtreme iCandi Lashes began in 2013, when the owner had determined she wanted a new life for herself and her children. She attended beauty school and obtained her esthetician license and learned how to apply eyelash extensions half way thru school. After that, she knew what she wanted to specialize in. Since the very beginning, after first certifying with 3D Lashes and completing 100 case studies, she studied with Xtreme Lashes. As a registered nurse in the NicU, the owner of Xtreme Lashes and founder, Jo Mousselli, has completely transformed the lives of women internationally. Training and certifying thousands of women globally how to safely and sanitarily apply eyelash extensions, women have been able to provide for their children and families in ways they wouldnt have been able without Xtreme Lashes. As the owner of XiL (Originally Xtreme iCandi Lashes and iCandi Lash Loft, LLC), eyelash extensions made a way for her to leave an unhealthy relationship and begin a new life for herself and her children. Something she wouldnt have been able to do with out learning and training with Xtreme Lashes. The vision behind Xtreme iCandi Lashes began in 2013 with The Dollhouse Beauty in Sherman Oaks, California. The two women business owners collaborated and decided to help women of all walks of life restart their lives thru learning beauty. Internships were offered to oversee Xtreme Lashes stylists as they began their new careers. The principal behind XiL is still in line with the original founding principal which is to assist women to succeed in mastering running and managing their own Xtreme Lashes business, something that Xtreme Lashes offers assistance with but can not offer stylists as there are too many to artfully master their own craft, and Xtreme Lashes as well as every successful business knows doing things the way they want is the best way as they know how to get things done.
